After completing their training, new hires are assessed using our platform. When they enter the application, they're presented with questions tailored to the specific technology they've been trained on. The application automatically opens in a single window, preventing any attempt at cheating or foul play during the assessment test. The platform automatically disables the second monitor to maintain focus during assessments. Additionally, if users attempt to access the platform unsuccessfully more than three times, their account will be blocked as a security measure.

Once the test is complete, scores are sent to their respective managers. Based on these scores, managers can evaluate each candidate's training progress and knowledge acquisition.

Tests can be conducted for any technology, with an effortless generation of any number of questions facilitated by Chat GPT. The Admins or the respective managers can add members for the tests, create questions for the test, and specify the technology category. Based on the selected technology category, questions are generated accordingly. Upon completion, they receive test results and can download a result sheet displaying user answers alongside correct ones, as well as marks and percentages achieved.
