Our Initiatives
Rajeswary Foundation
Rajeswary Foundation is a charitable organization established in 2007 located in Jagathy, Thiruvananthapuram. The foundation provides palliative care services, compassionate and comprehensive care to the terminally ill and those suffering from other critical illnesses. Rajeswary Foundation (RF) for pain and palliative care is a joint effort of more than 1000 volunteers drawn from various sections of society. TA annually contributes a fair/respectable amount to the organization and during the period of COVID-19, volunteered in providing oxygen concentrators to aid and assist patients who were running out of oxygen.
Legal status: Registered under the Travancore Cochin charitable society’s registration Act 1955, Sec 12.

Both TA and its employees are committed to supporting the community to achieve its vision of creating a brighter, more prosperous future
Our employees identified a tribal settlement – “Njaraneeli” in Peringamala, Trivandrum and distributed 900+ school supplements for the students. We also provided scholarships for selected students from the Primary, Upper Primary, High School and Higher Secondary batches of the school.
Our employees carried forward the “Be The Rainbow” drive at the tribal schools in Njaraneeli, providing school stationery for around 200 students of the Njaraneeli Tribal School. We also took the initiative to provide interactive mentoring sessions to widen their horizon and be a window to the outside world for these children.
Our team actively volunteered in relief activities during the disastrous Kerala floods. Our employees collectively supported with relief materials during and after the floods provided financial assistance for the affected. Supported in the refurbishing of school libraries along with the “Book-athon” initiative from GTech.
TA joined hands with Gtech in providing COVID relief and extending their support to the needy since the beginning of Pandemic to help the people re-establish themselves. The company also conducted vaccination camps at the campus to vaccinate its employees and their dependents.
